I’ve been over charged with service here. The price for Eyebrow wax changes everytime in fact it’s only a ten dollar difference from getting a full set few times that I came here. The service is suppose to be good and it’s only good when she over charge which is wrong. Every service should be always good and the price shouldn’t be outrageous just to get good service. When addressed about the price the service for eyebrow came out horrific! Not only that during check out she said one price and when it came to charging the card she charged a higher amount and had the audacity to ask for tip. Be careful about getting service done here I don’t want people getting ripped off and having poor service afterwards. Make sure you check the balance before you pay. I don’t reccomend anyone coming here to do service. There are plenty other nail salon in the area who does a great job, have great service and does not over charge for great work! If only I Can rate this place 0 star rating I would!

Olivia did a phenomenal job! I had an idea of what I wanted from something I’d seen online and she made the design even BETTER than my reference pics! Also she was able to fit my cousin and I in without reservations on a Friday afternoon :)

This was my second visit to Star Nails and once again, I was met with such warm, caring nail technicians who truly go out of their way to make sure you’re happy with your service. They did a beautiful job on my gel pedicure my toes look amazing! Since I can’t wear nail polish on my fingers due to nursing school, they took the time to gently clean up my cuticles and buff my nails to a natural shine, which honestly gave me back so much confidence. They also did a fantastic job with my eyebrow and lip wax. I left feeling refreshed, polished and so well taken care of. It’s always a pleasure being around such genuinely kind and professional people. Highly recommend!

AMAZING! Olivia was the sweetest. I came in for the first time and she took such great care of me. She worked fast and paid close attention to my nails. I wanted something simple and low maintenance and she offered to do builder gel for a great price. I didn’t just feel like a random customer, she truly took the time to care and gave me the best nail treatment 💕 I’m glad to have found this place and I can’t wait to come back! 10/10, my nails are slaying 💅🏽

Got acrylic removal and medium Gel X. Everything the other comments say about Olivia is true! She was nice, fast, and professional. She was receptive to me asking for modifications. 3% fee for card purchase and No AMEX accepted, but there is a sign about both when you come in. I only gave 4 instead of 5 stars because when I sat down, she asked about a design and I specifically asked if it was included, and she said yes. Then, at the register, I was told it was $20 extra. Despite that, I will be back when I'm in town!
