2025-12-10I confirmed with Vicki beforehand that she was experienced with asymmetrical bob haircuts, and she told me she does them “all the time.” However, the result was nothing like what I requested. She kept cutting my hair shorter and shorter, and I was left with a very uneven, extremely short cut just before Christmas. She refused to accept payment and also declined to do the highlights I was originally booked for. I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. At least she admitted that she didn’t do the correct haircut. I even left the salon with all the cut hair still all over my clothes.

The results were stunning, and all for a fraction of the cost compared to other salons. The highlights looked so natural and blended perfectly with her hair. Vicky also taught me how to take care of the highlights. We are so grateful to have this salon! Highly recommend Vicky’s salon for anyone looking for top-notch hair care at a great price.
