Fashion Nails

While visiting Santa Rosa from Perth Western Australia my aunt and I decide to pampered ourselves by getting our nails done. It was on Sunday late arvo at 5:30pm, we saw the door was opened but the opening hours stated on the window for Sunday trading hours is from 9am -5:00pm so we were half-hour late. Tan (the owner) and his lovely wife, graciously and kindly stayed behind to do our nails. Aunt is one of their regular clients, the owners commitment look after, provide better and outstanding service to their clients was the highlight of my first visit with Fashion Nails Salon. You are not just a number in their business. The owners are down earth, friendly and family oriented people, who worked tirelessly to provide and support their family, their children to have better future in USA. I did not want to have anything fancy on my nails, aunt and I both had manicure and pedicure. My overall experience was splendid and I’m really pleased with my nails.

I brought my mom here as a treat, and she loved it! The staff were so gentle and made her feel really comfortable. The salon is spotless and relaxing.

the visit started out great but after returning back to complete my agreed services things went completely down hill poor communication negitive customer service i prepaid for my services and this was not offered after a heated verbal disagreement left with incomplete service luckly after business was about to carry out my needed pampering will not patronize this establishment. left this place filling price gouged scammed, and refused agreed services The only reason that I gave them a one star is for the Water and coffee that was offered from the first day. The second day was completely downhill unprofessional.

Edit: No longer recommend. The people they had moved and now the new employees are very unkind. A woman came in and he sent her away saying “come back in 40 minutes.” She came back and they sent her away again being rude saying “we didn’t know if you would actually come back.” She asked to make an appointment both times and still sent her away. I had a picture and asked for almond nails. He started cutting them without asking me if i liked the length. I now am stuck with VERY short oval nails that i do not care for. When i mentioned it he told me i should’ve said something sooner. When?! He cut them before giving me any opportunity to speak. There is no apex and they look bad. Was charged $75 for them. I have been a loyal customer here for going on 1.5 years and so it’s upsetting to now need a new place. Let the pictures speak for themselves because i am just very unhappy overall. $75 was way too much for these considering the BEAUTIFUL red set i got before was $80. Save yourself the struggle, go somewhere else unless you can geruntee you get Tan (if she is even still there). One year ago: Love going here! Best pedicure i’ve had. Tan did my nails so cute too!

I went very last minute on a Sunday and these wonderful women were amazing! They told me that they had taken over after a bad owner and are trying to rebrand. Service was a 10/10 the pedicure was 10/10. I have a little bit of a C shape to my big toes and they helped relive a lot of the pressure! They offer some beverages and it was a really relaxing and clean environment! Definitely recommend! And I’ll sure be going back!
