I visited this studio for a Russian manicure, and my master was Anna. She did an incredible job — very clean, precise, and professional. The manicure turned out absolutely perfect: neat cuticles, smooth coverage, and it’s lasting beautifully. The studio itself has a lovely atmosphere — everything is tidy, stylish, and relaxing. Anna is attentive and gentle, she explains every step and helps choose the best color and shape for your nails. ✨ I’m very happy with the result and will definitely come back. Highly recommend this studio and especially master Anna for anyone looking for a perfect Russian manicure!

I have visited the salon twice: the first time as a regular client and the second time as a model. I liked that in both cases, the manicurists did not cut my skin although capillaries are located too close to my cuticles. Indeed, the manicurists did their job carefully. The receptionist is very polite. She offers tea, water or even champagne . I love the atmosphere from the very first time I visited the salon. So, that’s why I’m going to visit the salon as a regular client again!

I had such a lovely manicure with Marishka! She was incredibly thorough and cleaned my nails so well, yet was still very gentle. The salon itself was beautiful, I was offered a drink as soon as I arrived, and the whole experience was really relaxing. I've received a lot of compliments on my manicure already!

Anna is my GIRL! I have been going to zorina since I moved to SF in April and I cannot say enough good things about this place. My Russian manicures are always perfect, the salon is clean and beautiful, and they always offer drinks with a snack and candy! I have been to both locations, but the one on pacific is my favorite. Highly highly highly recommend

Edit: just left an appt and no more model appts for me! This time was a lot different. I ordered drinks and it took an hour for the staff to notice. I ordered water toward the end of my appt and it never came. A 2-3 hour appt became 4 hours and unfortunately they are so bad I need to get the redone ASAP. My tech was nice but not ready imo, especially compared to my last tech. I was asked to pick a dark color, but the nails are thick and uneven. I've posted pics of my nails before I went in and what I left with. I spent almost my entire day here and it was not worth the price of my commute sadly! You never know what you'll get with model appts but I didn't expect it to be so noticeably off. Sad because my first model appt was amazing! First review: I’ve been trying to snag a model appointment here for ages. It’s a bit of a trek from me but I had heard amazing things so I wanted to try. I was impressed by the service (what a great touch to let you order drinks via QR right from your seat) color selection. They had these amazing pearl polishes that I went out of my standard comfort zone to try. They look so good! I’d make the trek just to get this pearly finish again for a special treat. My technician was kind. She did nick me a few times but I expect a few of these during a training session. She was quicker than expected (2.5 hours) and did a great job shaping my nails.
