I honestly have no idea how this place gets good reviews. Yes, the owner/manager was polite, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. I asked for a dip French manicure and made it very clear I wanted to keep the length of my nails. Instead, the tech filed them down so short that two months of growth were completely ruined. My daughter’s experience was even worse. Her pedi was passable, but her manicure was a total disaster. The French tips looked butchered—uneven, messy, and with white polish all over her skin. When I asked what happened, the owner stepped in, but instead of redoing them, she just tried to “fix” the mess. They still looked awful when we left, and within hours the polish was already chipping. For the price they charge, this level of service is unacceptable. Sloppy work, poor attention to detail, and no accountability. We will absolutely not be back.

I made an appt online with Taylor for full set - pink and white. I was instead sent to Vivian. I informed them at the front counter that I wanted a pink & white & again upon sitting down with Vivian. She started taking off my polish while making comments about how bad my nails looked. I asked her to start from scratch & remove my nails - she refused & said she would only redo the pink. I asked for both pink & white & she kept trying to dissuade me. She then got up & returned with pink powder only. I asked again, "You're doing white, too, right?" She said no again. I asked if it was a time constraint issue & she just laughed. I reminded her that I booked my appt for a full set. If time was an issue, I would go somewhere else. She finally got white powder but would not do what I requested. It was like she was fighting me at every request. She brushed me off & spoke her language the entire time to coworkers repeating the same thing & laughing. She did not take the time to file, shape, or even check that both hands matched in length. They don't. They look horrible & I'm so disappointed to have paid $55 plus a tip for horrible treatment & poor craftsmanship. I told her 2 times when she asked me if I liked them that I didn't. I said they need more white. She cut corners, was rude & unprofessional. I booked a full set pink & white & was willing to pay for that. Please stop trying to talk customers into something they don't want because you are lazy. I will not be returning.

I had an amazing experience at the salon with Lyn and Michael. Lyn did my acrylic nails and Michael took care of my pedicure, and they were both incredibly nice, friendly, and gentle. They really made me feel comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. Lyn's attention to detail on my nails was perfect, and Michael did a fantastic job on my pedicure. The salon itself was spotless, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. I felt feeling so pampered. Highly recommend both Lyn and Michael.

I just moved to this area and decided to find a new nail salon. Glad I didn’t start with manicure. I don’t want to write anything bad, just look at the pictures.

The first time I came here, the person who did my nails did a great job and those nails lasted 3+ weeks. Second time around, I brought my sister in law with me only to be met with huge disappointment. Made an appointment and asked what a good late appointment time would be, they said to come at 5:30. Was on time and first thing I noticed was how rushed we felt after declining their upselling of services. It almost seemed like the moment we declined their upselling, their overall attitude towards us changed. Everything was rushed, I got stabbed with the nipper tool during my pedicure, and my sister’s gel nails already started to come off the next day. She returned to get them redone and initially they were only trying to do the 2 or 3 nails that had already cracked rather than redoing everything. They made her feel bad about their bad work and blamed it on the paint. Everything about this second time was just bad and I don’t recommend coming here unless you’re a regular. We even left a good tip regardless of being stabbed, rushed, and made to feel like an inconvenience.
