Kathy's Nails

Had a walk in appointment and was told to wait an hour which is totally fine. But I wish they had just told us to come back a different day because my nails were very rushed through. I went in on April 6, and not even a week later my acrylic nails were already coming off at the base. Customer service was alright, I asked my lady multiple times to fix crooked nails but she said she wasn’t done yet. The polish was also not fully dry when I left, causing dirt to stick into it and become dirty. Pic was taken the 11th.

I came in to get a full set and a pedicure, (mind you I was super excited because of the amazing reviews I saw online) I am sure that they have amazing artist that do a great job, but it was not in my luck to get a good one, after spending literally 1 hr and 30 mins for just my full set, which I asked. But instead she kept insisting on getting a white powder tip and oval shape,and pink powered, I had to use a firm voice for her to take the pink powder off. Then I found black lint on one of my nails I was told it was just dirty, than I was told it’s a line on my nail bed. When I also stated that one of my nails is way too short , she insisted that it was my finger. Then they said they don’t take tap pay. Only wanted cash or Venmo , until I said I don’t have cash or Venmo , all the sudden they had a credit card reader. For me it’s the principle of take accountability and fix the situation, don’t blame the customer for everything. Unfortunately I will not be coming back and canceled my pedicure appointment because of how they handled my situation. ( the manager said come back tomorrow we will fix it, like no, why can’t you fix it right now while i am here?) proceed to charge me full price for nails that had black lint and not the full size.

i AM IN LOVE!!! this is my new regular nail spa they did a beautiful job on my nails! very professional and CLEAN probably the cleanest shop ive been too. Would recommend 10/10

Clean and great work! I had a pedi and my daughter and mani and we both loved it. Yen did a really cute flower for my pedi and great job on my pedi. My feet were soft and free of rough patches.

I got a fill here once and it was okay pretty cheap but not my favorite. I came back for a new set of acrylics and it was horrible. The nail tech cut me multiple times while filing and made me bleed. I asked if she could do a design she said yes and halfway into she said no. This was the worse set of nails I’ve gotten before the paint was really uneven and I just wanted to leave. Not going to come back here. You can see the unevenness in the nails in the picture and the blood/cut on my pointer finger.
