Vina's Day Spa

Bad customer service and poor skills. The nail technician cut my finger and caused bleeding, then blamed me for “moving.” Then he immediately started speaking another language. I was not moving at all—he was holding my hand. On top of that, the work quality was very poor. I pointed out that the edges were uneven and not clean, but he made no effort to fix them. Please see the photos for the final result. This was a very disappointing experience, and I will never come back.

Walk ins are welcome. My initial impression was not too positive because the regular nail polish seemed old and dried up. I almost left but one of the staff came out and showed me the other gel/regular polish which seemed better. Staff is really nice. Luna who did not do my pedicure works t is hilarious! She was cracking jokes the whole time I was there. I got the spa pedicure $36 plus tips. I ended up happy with my pedicure.

Today, my family and I visited Vina's Day Spa for some much-needed self-care. My wife and children got manicures and gel nail sets while I was treated to a 60-minute Platinum Head Spa treatment. This luxurious treatment included a hair wash and conditioning, a face mask and scrub, and head massage of the scalp, neck, and shoulder. Everyone was satisfied with their manicures and enjoyed the session overall. It was a great day out at Vina's Day Spa.

soo good the people are so kind they took me in last minute such kind people. I am looking back at my review and it was good but my nails have grown out so much and its only been a week that I have had them.

My nails are perfect! Also they were efficient, thorough, and great customer service. I got gel nails and a callous/hot stone pedicure. Everything looks flawless, and my feet are super soft 😊 I will definitely be going back here again and again.
