Ann's Nails Spa

I had an amazing experience today as I received service here with Sophie and Lynn. I’ve been to many salons in Arizona and California and I must say, this one is by far one of the best. They offer you refreshments, make sure you’re comfy and they don’t make you feel rushed to get you in and out. They take their time and I was able to really enjoy my day off of work and relax in an atmosphere filled with joy. The salon sits facing gorgeous mountains and the view is breathtaking. The location is in a busy shopping area but finding parking is pretty easy. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.

The team here is incredibly talented and pays so much attention to detail. I came in for nails today and left beyond impressed — the shape, the color, and the finish are perfect. The staff is friendly, professional, and really takes their time to make sure you’re happy with the results. The salon is clean, comfortable, and has a relaxing atmosphere. I’ve been to many nail salons before, but this one is definitely one of the best. Highly recommend Ann’s Nails Spa if you want beautiful nails and great service!

I was not pleased with the service provided on my last visit. I loved the outcome of my nails but theres a lot of other things that took away from the enjoyment of my nails. The girl who did my nails did not ask for what I wanted on the type of nails. She blindly gave me gel X nails just so they can charge more. Im the customer, you should ask what I wanted. Next thing was that it was just too pricey for what I got. I ended up losing my entire right thumb nail from the gel X along with an injury. Usually with acrylic the nail comes off by itself but this time it took my whole real nail with it. Alot of pain and blood. It was the worst, Im still recovering. Lastly, what pushed me to write this review was the cleanliness of the place. I decided to come to another nail salon for a pedicure and they discovered my toenail had greenish color to it. Getting toenail fungus from a nail salon is the worst because it can be prevented with proper sanitation. I will not be returning and hopefully they can fix this place for future clients. The response to this original message is FAKE! I provided all the information they requested but I got a returned email notice. I triple checked email was correct. Try it yourself! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else

Every time I am in town I usually go to Ann’s nails but yesterday was not a good experience at all. As I look at my gel manicure this morning I realize how bad it looks. I did not have my glasses on yesterday or I would have said something then. The gentleman that did my nails was trying to cut corners the entire time. I asked him not to use the electric file to remove my gel polish as my nails are brittle so he proceeded to soak all my fingers in a bowl of acetone. So I asked him if he could please use cotton and foil…he reluctantly did. But the whole experience was not pleasant. The woman that did my pedi was much better and did a good job. I also brought my friend with me as I was treating her, she was pleased with her pedicure but not her manicure. Please give more training to your nail technicians.

Nina and Lynn were incredible! I had the best pedicure by Lynn I’ve ever had and my nails by Nina turned out perfect. Michelle always makes sure I have coffee and a perfect customer service experience. It’s taken me years to find the right nail salon in the Coachella valley.. but I’m finally happy. I highly recommend :)
