They definitely weren't the best, I'm sure she just needs a little more practice.. but I called and explained that I wasn't very satisfied and they rescheduled me with Charlie who redone my nails, no charge, and did an excellent job!!.. I was very satisfied the second time around 😊❤️

2025-01-18I've gone here a few times with out too many issues. The last time I was there they got my nail horrifically crooked. Made an appointment to get a fill and get my nail fixed, only to arrive and find out they couldn't find my appointment. The appointment was confirmed via text message and phone call yesterday. They gave my appointment to someone else. So needless to say don't go here if you want straight nails or if you expect them to honor your appointment time.

2025-11-03I ALWAYS have the best service at HI nails. Everyone is very friendly, professional and the quality of their work is exceptional. You only have to go once and they remember you from then on. I have had my nails done by every technician there and couldn't be happier with my nails. I recommend them to everyone!
