Wonderful nail salon with the kindest people! Deena made my entire visit so special. I am disabled severe pain conditions and in a wheelchair. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, thoughtful, and compassionate. She truly blessed me with her beautiful heart and did an amazing job on my toenails! She knows exactly what she’s doing and made the experience very comfortable for me. I can’t have my feet rubbed and need cold water, and she carefully worked with me to ensure I was comfortable in every way. The chairs are very comfortable, and the salon is clean and welcoming. The nail technician who did my nails Jennie also did a fantastic job and was very kind. From the manager who helped me get safely into an Uber in my wheelchair, to the staff who created such a positive and welcoming atmosphere, every part of my visit was excellent. Also loved the relaxing hand massage by Deena. These are now my natural nails and I highly recommend Smiley Nails and will definitely be coming back. This salon has earned a permanent spot as my go-to nail salon! 2nd visit... Andy did my nails (dark red) photo and Jennie toes and did amazing for 2nd visit! Thank you Andy for helping me when I fell and into the uber. Everyone is so kind and compassionate. 5 stars. Nice to see you Deanna! Will be back and make an apt next time. I recommend making an apt if you can as they do get busy an hr prior at least, but they do allow walk in like I did both times too

I’ve been here twice now and the attention to detail is amazing. The staff is friendly as an introvert I normally don’t like going to new salons but this place is so welcoming. Very clean. Prices are awesome! I recommend coming here. I’ve found my new favorite place. 💕 the nails look so much better than the picture I took. I’ll keep uploading reviews.

Deena gave me the most amazing calf and foot massage. I booked my next appointment before she even painted my toenails—thats how good it was! Last time I was here Andy helped me pull my car out of a tight spot. Truly the best! Nice and talented. I live in Oakland and I’ll keep making the drive back.

Services are amazing and was above my expectations. I felt pampered as soon as I walked in the door. Lena who did my acrylic fill and design I made up last minute. I couldn’t love it more. I sprung for the Deluxe pedicure and it was worth it. Anne took her time, great pressure in the massage. The owner played the guitar and piano. The facility is clean and has a nice open design that was very relaxing. A lot of parking options. I’m definitely a return customer, I already booked my next appointment before I left.

5 Stars – A True Gem in Walnut Creek! 5th time now! Everytime gets better! Smiley Nail Spa is hands down one of the best nail salons around! Andy and his wife Kathy have such fantastic attitudes—super friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The shop itself is clean, welcoming, and in a great location with plenty of easy parking (a big plus in Walnut Creek!). While my wife was getting her nails done, Andy even took the time to fix mine—talk about going above and beyond! It’s rare to find that kind of service and attention to detail. Smiley Nail Spa is a hidden gem, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
