I've been driving 20mins to KC Nails on and off for the last 3 years and they always do a PHENOMENAL job! I mostly go for Gelx nails, nail designs, and their spa pedicure which is incredible! The staff are friendly and kind. I bring in a picture of what design I want and they always make sure I'm happy! It is recommended that you make an appointment so that you can get the best service possible. Can't say enough good things about KC Nails!

This was one of the most disappointing salon visits I’ve ever had — not just for me, but also for my mother-in-law, who came in expecting a relaxing experience and left feeling mistreated and disrespected. We were helped by Rachel and Casey. Rachel applied four thick layers of hot gel polish, requiring me to place my hands under the UV light at least 4 to 6 times. Not only did this feel excessive and uncomfortable, but she also handled me roughly the entire time — gripping my fingers tightly in a way that left my hands sore afterward. She appeared annoyed and impatient, which made the whole service stressful and unpleasant. My mother-in-law, who had previously had a positive experience at this salon (she was even offered wine that time), decided to get her nails done again. Unfortunately, this time she was met with the same unkindness I experienced. Casey was rude, dismissive, and physically rough. When asked for help choosing a design, Casey showed visible irritation and didn’t offer any suggestions. When my mother-in-law asked if a small design could be drawn, Casey flatly said “no” — even though it’s clearly something other techs here can do. When asked to use a sticker instead, she slammed a sticker book down in frustration. Later, when my mother-in-law kindly asked for pearl accents to be added, Casey seemed even more annoyed. She applied the pearls and stickers hastily — some even upside down — and didn’t apply a top coat. When asked about it, she denied skipping it. Just two days later, the pearls and stickers fell off. To make matters worse, we were charged $145 before tip — and despite everything, my mother-in-law still tipped them $10 each, bringing our total to $165. This is important to mention because the salon advertises that guests spending over $40 are offered complimentary wine — something we were not offered at all. It’s clear that the customer service is inconsistent and selective. I was incredibly upset by how we were treated. Nail appointments should feel peaceful and pampering — not painful, dismissive, and tense. We won’t be returning, and I hope others think twice before booking here.

I’ve been here several times and have always have a great experience. Kathy and Lucy helped me today and did a fantastic job on my gel pedicure and gel x set! Got them done for vacation and I’m very happy with how they came out! Especially the design was so cute, exactly what I wanted.

Most of those ladies can not do nails properly without you telling them 5 times what they did wrong. It’s annoying. They can’t even do a cat eye properly, they don’t paint the whole nail, they only put like one coat on your nail so it’s all see through, they cut you and make you bleed, they can’t put charms on properly. I’ve given them too many chances. I’ve even had to go back many times to get my pedicures fixed. I took my handicap mother here today and we both got pedicures (she also tried to get a manicure) but they decided to not finish the job and go work on another client while they left her waiting in the chair for 1 hour. I’m embarrassed of their services & extremely upset. Terrible customer service as well. The lady tried to LIE to me and tell me, “THEY DIDNT HAVE CHARMS.” Then she tried to say, “I don’t know what is charm” 😂😂😂 This is a nail salon? Of course they have charms. She also didn’t know I’ve been there before many times so I had to tell her, “Yes you do have charms, I come here and get them all the time.” So sad. They lost a regular customer and potential future family customers.
