Pampered Nails

I absolutely love Pampered Nails! The entire staff is incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and they always make you feel taken care of. Kayla is amazing — she consistently does a stunning job on my nails. Not only do they look beautiful every time, but they also last 3+ weeks with no issues. Her attention to detail and creativity are unmatched! Highly recommend Pampered Nails to anyone looking for great service, long-lasting nails, and a genuinely positive experience. 💅✨

Made an appointment for Sunday since it was the only nail shop opened. When I arrived I had to wait 15 min. While I was waiting no one offered me a drink, everyone around me was getting offered a drink not sure what that was about. My nail tech was distracted the whole time, talking to other customers and answering the phone. The pedicure I got felt rushed and she cut me. Didn’t apologize or say anything. While doing my manicure she kept stopping while talking to the customer next to me. I paid $100 for gel and mediocre service. I won’t be returning here due to the unprofessional behavior.

i never write reviews but i am just so unhappy with my experiences here. i’ve gone 4 times now because my nail tech has been in the hospital & i really love doing something nice for myself and it is the only place open on sundays when i get off work. first time i went i paid 75$ when i was quoted 60$ & i reiterated it multiple times that i have a budget. my acrylics were all different shapes, gel polish started chipping in no more than a week. (my acrylics last me a month minimum every. single. time.) i decided to get over it and try again. i went back again and i got a full set, again. i wanted to do a design and look through colors and charms & this lady was rushing me so much and acting as if i am an inconvenience to her. we finally pick a color & i get a charm on each ring finger. i leave & an HOUR LATER the charm FALLS OFF. i debate calling but i just superglued it back on. the FINAL time i went in at the time i called and scheduled for & had to sit there while walk ins were getting helped with first just because they had more people (which means more money) anyways , i finally sit down and she doesn’t prep my nails at all. doesn’t cut cuticles. doesn’t clip them. she is rushing and keeps getting up and this man that speaks fluent english is being so rude to other customers & bossing them around. i tell her i want a french tip but instead of white i want beige. she couldn’t find me beige and wouldn’t look for more than 5 min. she picks this light pink. i give up and just get it. i get up to pay and the man that speaks fluent english rings me up. of course it comes out to a different price. i bring it up and they act like they messed up & meant to tell me the “right” price before. i give him my card & he goes “70 EVEN???” suggesting i leave a tip. i say “70”. he had the worst attitude about it. while i was getting my nails done i witnessed him do the same thing to other customers & they look shocked & scramble to get tip money. TIPS ARE EARNED. i will not be coming back here. they need to take better care of their customers.

My nails always turn out so pretty and last so long. I definitely go longer than I should between fills but they never break or fall off. Kayla always does so good on my art work and is so accommodating!

Been looking for a place to get my toenails trimmed. I've been going to a podiatrist for 6 months who charges $80 per visit. But I wanted a foot massage, also, and my podiatrist does not have a foot massage service. Found Pampered Nails in a search. Liked that they accept "walk-ins". Called, drove over, and Kim was fabulous. Got the #3 Paradise treatment with wax, massage, and several other herbal sprays. Months of feeling numbness in my feet disappeared immediately! I'm on the 2nd day after treatment and I am amazed that there still is no foot numbness! Thank you, Kim.
