We booked the oil massage, but they also use stones as a part of it too. The staff here is super friendly. This location is super clean. The staff are very professional.

2025-07-10I've read a few reviews here about professionalism, and just wanted to chime in. This place looked like a good deal from their prices. However, during the massage the two therapists were talking to each other the whole time. They actually didn't know that I understand Chinese. One kept asking the other how much time there was left, and they also made a judgmental comment about something specific about my boyfriend's appearance. I didn't let on that I understood them, but the whole time I was extremely uncomfortable with them constantly talking and the specific things they were saying, also including that it was clear they didn't want to be there. I want to flag this especially because there were other comments about the quality of their customer service.

2025-07-29What a terrible place. Asked for hot oil massage, got cold oil rubbed in to hard by a woman who desperately wanted to go home. Zoned out no connection or training in proper technique… Airco on full blast, cold as a blizzard in there. Then check out, desk lady spontaneously lost her ability to speak and understand English as I tried to explain myself. The only words she remembered was “tip 20%”
