I am very picky when it comes to my nails—the shape, thickness of the bio gel, and all the little details matter to me. I used to always change nail salons because I could never find one that met my standards until I found this shop! Lisa is incredibly skilled and attentive, and she always gets it just right. Her attention to detail is incredible and she never disappoints. I always leave happy and impressed with her work. Highly recommend and thanks to Lisa for doing amazing work every time!

I had a really great experience. I booked ahead and went on a Friday morning. I had a regular pedicure done, standard nail polish. It was priced as advertised and they didn't push me for additional services. I'm a boring straightforward client who only goes maybe 3 times a year mostly to ensure my heels are in good shape moreso than worrying about nail colour so take that into account. The massage chair was in good working order and lovely. My technician was skilled and everything was clean and well maintained. No obnoxious loud music. Busy enough you know they are good but not so busy it's crowded. Most importantly it seemed like the staff were all adults who like each other. They assisted and worked well together and I didn't have to worry about a rude manager or if I was enabling a bad owner. I'll for sure be coming back.

I got recommended to this place by my sister-in-law. It's such a great experience. My nail technician is Jayden. He is so detailed and oriented with his work. The salon also very clean and bright. Everyone is very friendly. Definitely will be back here again

Just a heads-up for anyone visiting this salon: I’ve been a loyal client for a long time and have always appreciated the great customer service. However, during my recent visit, I experienced a policy change that felt abrupt and unfair. In the past, I was given loyalty cards where I could collect visit rewards for each visit. Previously I was able to combined them to redeem a discount once enough reward stomps were collected. I’ve spent a significant amount—typically between $120 to $140 per visit—so it felt fair to be rewarded for that loyalty. Today, however, I was told that the policy has changed: I’m no longer allowed to combine cards, even though this was previously endorsed. While I respect that businesses evolve and policies can shift, I believe that such changes should be clearly communicated to clients ahead of time—not sprung on them at the last minute. Changing the rules without notice feels misleading and leaves customers caught off guard. In my opinion, this approach to handling loyalty rewards is not only disappointing but borders on deceptive. Businesses, especially in such a competitive industry, should prioritize transparency and respect for their regular clientele. In fairness to Tina nail technician—she went above and beyond, paying attention to detail and delivering exceptional results (photo attached) However, due to poor management, misleading communication, and an abrupt change in policy without prior notice or courtesy, I’ve decided not to return. In such a competitive industry, loyalty and transparency matter. Clients deserve clear communication—not to be caught off guard at the point of transaction. Unfortunately, this experience felt unprofessional and left a negative impression. I’ve recommended many wonderful clients to this salon, and I believe they also deserve to be made aware. This isn’t about money—it’s about principle. And for that reason, I feel compelled to speak up and share my experience.
