Just got the perfect bio gel set with Ali and I couldn’t be happier! She was absolutely amazing! Very gentle, precise, and really took her time to make sure everything was flawless. My nails look beautiful and feel strong, and the whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back!

I had the worst experience here today after getting a manicure and pedicure for the first time at this salon. The lady who did my nails was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly didn’t care about her work. She kept giving me dirty looks and even rolled her eyes at me, which made me feel very uncomfortable the entire time. On top of that, she did a terrible job on my nails. The polish was applied unevenly, there were visible streaks and gaps near the cuticles, and the edges were messy. You can clearly see in the photos that the polish wasn’t applied properly and looks rushed and careless. For the price I paid, this level of service is completely unacceptable. Even if the nails weren’t perfect, I could’ve overlooked it but the attitude and lack of professionalism made the experience much worse. If she doesn’t want to work or treat customers with respect, she shouldn’t be representing the salon. I will definitely never come back here. The salon across the street treats customers kindly and does a much better job they’re professional, friendly, and actually take their time to make your nails look neat and clean.

I had a really disappointing experience here. I booked an appointment for a creamy yellow French tip with polka dots in a pointy almond shape. I even brought photos for both the design and shape. Unfortunately, the result was not what I asked for… the nails were wider, the design didn’t match, and the colours were wrong. During the appointment, when I gave feedback about the colour, shape, length and how high I like my french tip, I was told my chosen design “wouldn’t look good,” even though it was something I’d worn before (I chose this design because it was simple and it was my first time at this salon). In the end, I paid $130 for nails I wasn’t happy with (even though I vocalized it). Worse, water began seeping into the nails shortly after, which could lead to nail fungus. I had to remove them myself since I was unable to come back due to being sent to the ER for unrelated health reasons. I reached out privately to share feedback and was initially told I could come back, but then I was left on read and never given a proper resolution. I don’t usually post reviews, but this was extremely frustrating and disappointing. For the price I paid, I expected quality work and professional customer service, and I didn’t receive either. I added reference photos of how my nails turned out as well as the reference photo I showed.

I love coming to this nail salon. Ojo is absolutely incredible at doing nails. She is kind and always wants to make her customers happy. Thank you for doing such a good job of my Halloween nails ! Christina is also very talented at doing manicures and pedicures. Love them both ! Great job ❤️🥰
