2025-06-25This was my first time at this salon, and it was an awful experience. Four fingers on my left hand are in severe pain with visible indentations and gashes where the technician filed into my skin so aggressively that I started bleeding. Despite this, she continued filing with the same pressure, painted over the open wounds, and even applied acetone, which caused extreme pain. My hand was shaking from how much it hurt. After noticing the bleeding, she eased up on my right hand, but the damage to my left was already done. I’m now wearing bandages on two fingers to protect the worst of the injuries. The pedicure was no better. My toenails were painted sloppily over the skin, and she dug harshly under my big toe, which is now sore and tender to the touch. I left this appointment in pain, with visible wounds and bandages on my fingers. No one should go in for a simple manicure and leave needing to recover. This wasn’t just a bad experience, it was careless and completely unacceptable. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
