2025-05-21The first time I visited, I had a great experience. I came back a second time, and am beyond disappointed with my service. If you have a HIGH SCHOOL intern working, you should absolutely not be charging full price, and someone should be checking their work!! My pedicure was... fine. Nothing special. But charging am extra $15 just for gel polish seems a bit excessive. My acrylic nails however, look terrible! They are lumpy and uneven. None of them are the same shape, and there's so much space at the cuticle that they look grown out after only a few days. I can't believe I wasted over $100 for this. I will not be returning, and I will be recommending that my friends don't either.

2025-10-12I had never been to diva nails, however I had been recommended to try it out. My first time going I scheduled a gel manicure and left with bleeding nail beds and got an infection in two of them. The salon itself was clean and front staff were kind. My nail tech was inhospitable and rude. Will not be going again.

2025-07-09Update: When I got home, I got a phone call from one of the owners. They are going to make it right with me and speak to the lady about the situation. I really appreciated the fact I got a phone call, and they are gonna make it right! My lady wasn't very nice. Very rough. Made me bleed. She was confused on what was to be done and was told multiple times by someone else on what to do. However my mom's lady was fabulous! I would request my mom's lady next time.

2025-06-17Booked a manicure and pedicure. When I arrived the tech took me back for a pedicure. She didn’t ask me what treatment I wanted, I tried to ask to pick (as to I didn’t just want the basic) was ignored. The water was cold when I told the tech she seemed annoyed. She was in such a hurry she was nicking me. Over all was not a good experience I won’t be going back. I can’t comment on the manicure due to the fact I left before my pedicure was even complete and went somewhere else. Definitely seems they value the quantity of services they can fit in over the quality of service provided.
