This salon used to provide outstanding service and quality, but unfortunately, it has changed. It now feels like they care more about speed than customer care. I paid $130 for a KART pedicure (no polish) with a top master, advertised as 1 hour 30 minutes. Instead, I was rushed through in just over 1 hour, and my feet were burned in several places because the technician was hurrying so much. I'm familiar with this technician - she is talented and skilled. However, it's clear she's under pressure to squeeze a 90-minute service into 60 minutes, which compromises the quality and safety of the work. I'm giving 3 stars to not hurt your rating, but honestly, this experience deserves 2 stars. I hope management addresses these time pressures on their staff so they can deliver the service clients are actually paying for. So clean! I had an amazing experience. I got both a gel manicure and an express pedicure. Both technicians did an amazing job and were very gentle. This is the only salon in the Bay Area I’ve tried that really takes cleaning seriously.

Hi! The Lana was very good, it is really rare nail service with high quality. I couldn’t compare it with anything. Clean, polite and super high quality of basic manicure that I’m always doing.

I had an outstanding experience at YARCO — easily one of the best salons I’ve visited. The client service is top-notch: I was offered a complimentary drink from a wide selection, received a thoughtful welcome gift, and even the restroom is beautifully maintained and fully stocked. The manicure and express pedicure were done simultaneously, efficiently, and with care. The setup was ergonomic for both client and technicians, which shows their attention to long-term quality and team wellbeing. My nails turned out great, and I appreciated the technician’s help selecting the perfect shade from a wide color range. I also received disposable flip-flops and had my shoes carefully packed—small touches that reflect a high level of service. Strong branding, attention to detail, and a genuine focus on the client experience set this salon apart. Highly recommend YARCO for anyone who values quality and professionalism.

I usually love this place, so it really disappoints me to write this review. The technician was very nice and polite, but the French manicure itself was not good. The service cost $100, plus an extra $15 just for the French – so $115 in total. Unfortunately, the quality did not match the price or the title of “Top Master.” The French part alone took about 45 minutes, and the result was not very professional. The lines were not symmetrical, was not what I would expect for this price. I come to this salon and pay a significant amount of money because I expect professional work – but this time, it just wasn’t up to that standard. For $115, I truly expected more precision and a cleaner, more symmetrical result. I’m also attaching a photo of how a truly professional French manicure should look compared to what I received. I love this salon and usually enjoy coming here, but this just didn’t feel like Top Master work.
