Heidi was my nail tech and she was kind, sweet and gentle with my nails. She was helpful in assisting with designing my nails since I had a vague idea what I wanted. For my first time getting this done I am happy she could bring it to life. I love my nails! I will go again just to have her do my nails. The place is clean, quiet and peaceful.

Okay my honest review, I got my nails done on oct 18 and after the first week my nails grew and start getting my hair stuck to it, massaged on instagram letting her know and right away they made an appointment to fix the nail met with heidi again and was so nice and professional went beyond to help me out and made sure I left happy, for me the customer service was everything. It has happened when you go to a nail salon for a fix they never treat you right, but at serenity nails that wasn’t the case. Thank you ternity for the great customer services for responding back with kind words, Thank you heidi for making me feel comfortable.

I always have a good experience @ Serenity nail salon. Every staff member is welcoming & listens to your request. Amy did my pedicure. I requested short nails. She was hesitant to make them a shorter than the end of my toe. I explained that it would be uncomfortable if my toenails touch against the inside of my shoes. She understood and trimmed them perfectly. She did a beautiful job. And I’m super happy with her work.

I’m astonished with Harry and Christina! I arrived with lowered expectations because I’ve been disappointed so many times. My toes were spoiled today by Christina, all the way from Rose petals and citrus fruit slices in my pedicure bath water to the mint exfoliating cream massage and also a hot rock rub with, I believe lavender lotion. Wow! My gel color was meticulous applied and topped off with rose oil drops on my toes. Where have you been all my life, Serenity Nails💕. Thank you Christina! Harry, how do I explain what a perfectionist this nail technician is? Not only did I ask for a pink and white new coffin set, powder only, Harry nailed it with a smile. Humble and gentle, Harry is exquisite with the flawless stroke of the brush. Not too thick or wide and I love them! I cannot forget the sweetest lady that soaked and took off my old set. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name, very gentle and took her time so I didn’t get hurt. No wonder Serenity Nails gets 5 stars. I’m all in and I’ll see you in 2 weeks😁

First time coming here went based on the okay reviews however was definitely my last. I recommend going elsewhere for nails this place overcharges for basic designs that are not great.
