NT Nails - 3020 Floyd Ave

Overpriced, Poor Quality, and No Accountability I’ve been going to NT Nails for years at a different location and have always paid around $70 for a new set with artwork. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The technician, John did my nails and took 1 hour and 25 minutes, because he kept wiping off his own artwork multiple times, and was extremely slow and yet still left the final result messy. One nail has smeared polish dots in the center of a flower that’s completely misaligned, a gold dot is smeared and is not a dot, he placed three dots at the base of my French tip that I did not ask for was asked if unwanted a flower at the base of the nail which I agreed to, but doesn't look like a flower and and shouldn't be considered a design, polish was left under my nails, glue was left on my fingers, and he didn’t push back or trim my cuticles, something I’ve always had done at the other NT Nails location without asking. There were no prices posted, so I assumed it would be the usual $65 or $70. I was shocked when he wrote a total of $100. When I questioned it, he told me it was because he “spent a lot of time” on my nails, but the only reason it took so long is because he kept redoing his own work and was slow. That’s not my fault, and slow service doesn’t justify a higher price. At other locations, I’ve been in and out in under 50 minutes with better results. I refused to pay $100, and he changed it to $90. I went to the front desk and spoke to a gentleman who apologized and took a photo of my nails, but not once did he offer to fix the smudged artwork or have me sit back down. After I pointed out the quality, he lowered the price to $75 & still far too much for sloppy artwork. I’ll live with my poor, overpriced nails for three weeks because I would never return to this establishment and I’m not paying someone else to fix it and spend more money. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed. The quality was unacceptable, the pricing was not transparent, and no one made an effort to make things right. I won’t be coming back to this location. Maybe if more customers shared their experiences and called out the poor quality of service at this location, they’d finally start caring about delivering better results and respecting their customers.

I always appreciate the time that John takes doing my pedicures and now my manicure as well. Everything is always clean and he’s kind, patient and takes his time making sure the design is cute. We’re all people, just trying our best! Thank you 🙏🏻🫶🏻❤️

Go see Tina! She is precise and efficient. Does the best dip manicure that lasts 3/4 weeks! Other salons I’ve had to come back in as little as 2 weeks to get them redone. I won’t go to anyone else now that I found Tina!

Brandon and his staff are extremely nice and welcoming. I highly recommend this place! The lady who did my nails was very informative of everything before she started. She was so friendly and helpful. Definitely will be coming back again thank you for making me feel me again!
