2025-10-25I came in to get a soak off & mani for a family member. The lady in pink was super aggressive while filing my nails and kept yanking on my hands. She was super busy yes, but she shouldn’t have accepted us as walk ins if she was going to rush the service. She had put the foil on my nails and then quickly file them. There is still acrylic still on. She then charged me $30 to file and “soak them” & charged $46 for a simple manicure. I’m honestly really frustrated. If you’re looking for someone who’s thorough this isn’t the place
