CREATIVE NAIL SPA

First and foremost, I had a picture to ask before hand which I will add below. They told me that it was for sure something they could do. She proceeded to take all of my previous acrylic off to the point of hurting my nail beds. Then absolutely botched the new acrylic getting primer all over my fingers and under my nails. The cowprint is not even close and I told her, showed her another picture and she said she would fix it. Clearly she did not. I hate this set. There is paint all over my cuticles and sides of my fingers. Id really like a refund because I dont want my nails touched at this point. They hurt. Edit : it took me a long time to want to get my nails done again and I went to a different place, which i warned them about my nail beds being filed into, the acrylic had to be taken off since it lifted due to over prep and the 'rings of fire' by my cuticles were terrible. Photos show inspo picture and what I got. Also when I called they told me to text photos to a number which is attached now since there is "no record" just like everyone else's 1 star.

Excellent service. I was able to call and get in right away. With doing gel X nails it’s hard to do so most places which is bizarre to me. All the technicians were social, nice and engaging. My technician, he did an excellent job checking and asking my approval before moving any further. I’m extremely picky about nail services and this is five stars all the way I will definitely come back again next time and I’m in town.

This is my first time to Creative Nail spa. Hanna and T did amazing job on my gel pedicure and builder gel full set. I’m very picky but I only had a couple requests along the way. They did an amazing job! Sometimes employees are put off when you ask for adjustments or make a few requests, but everyone here wanted to please the clients and do whatever made them happy. I will definitely be coming back.

I showed the nail tech what I wanted, remember this is MY money and I should get what I am asking for, right? the “Grinch” nails is what i wanted and the White is what i got. she literally said “Oh no honey those are ugly, I can’t do those”. Don’t learn the hard lesson like I did, If you are wanting your nails done a certain way DO NOT GO HERE! WHAT A RIP OFF!

Worst manicure ever! The short guy doing my nails was rushed and his technique was aggressive and sloppy throughout. He ran the drill over my skin several times. I know that happens occasionally but this was excessive. To top it off, the finished product was abysmal. He left polish on my hand and one nail chipped the next morning. Never again.
