Ace Nails And Spa

I have been coming here for years and I could not be happier. Andy and his wife Hannah are my favorite in the whole world. Andy does my nails and Hannah does my toes!! I am very picky and selective when it comes to my hands and my feet, so I would not trust anyone else ever!! Andy, is very nice, funny and his work is flawless. Hannah is so sweet, genuine, kind and brilliant. The salon is always neat and clean. If you are not going here then you are not going to the best nail salon in the world. Five, 10, 1000 Stars!!!!! Andy does an amazing job! My nails always last long. My birthday nails lasted a whole month no lifting. Could have probably gone longer but I had an upcoming trip and wanted something new. The lady who did my gel pedicure (I didn’t get her name) did a really good job. She didn’t rush and she paid great attention to detail when cleaning and shaping. This place does not disappoint. I will definitely be back

Amazing. So far they are the best nail place around the Loma Linda/Redlands area. The people there know what they're doing, offer great suggestions if youre not ecstatic about the color/designs, and basically help you leave their salon feeling very happy. They also use good product and have WAYY more unique variety than the other salons. Normally I give nail techs a hard time unfortunately, but these ones are good so I don't need to. 4th time coming here and still consistently happy so this will be my definite go too. Woo woo! 🙌

Was hoping my first experience was not going to be like the reviews. This was the first and last time that I will ever come here. I asked for a mani, pedi, it was understandably busy for a Saturday morning, I sat in water for about 30min before anybody started on my pedicure other customers came in as walk-ins as well and they started on them before me. Then the older woman that did my pedicure didnt speak english so she didnt understand NO GEL then she painted my toes and asked for help from the girl next to her then they removed all my polish and started all over again they forgot I wanted a manicure but got started on the woman next to me and I forgot to mention when she asked for help the girl didnt change her gloves that she was working with the woman beside me came and help her with my polish then went back to do the other womans nails all without changing her gloves. The service was poor and unfair I needed my manicue and went with out, I wasnt going to be there for another 3 hours literally 3 hours took for my manicure!!! Not even the color i chose and my nails are crooked the were not when they got there!!

They are the most unethical nail salon I’ve visited. I’ve been getting my nails done since last 9 years, never had any issues but this place it’s been 6 months, firstly they never respect their customers and then if there’s an issue and you point it out they start laughing right on your face and talk in their language to other co-workers. Despite all the issues, I went again yesterday between my break so obviously I had limited time as I had to be back at work. They took 2.5 hours, I took an appointment for 2:30 they were fully packed so just turned on the COLD water in the pedicure machine and made me sit for 20 mins, just like that maybe a strategy for not letting the customer go. It took 2.5 hours for coffin shaped ombre french, which ended up firstly in square shape too sharp at the corners and left hand nails longer than the right. I told them too, that it’s long she cut the one which I pointed out and rest all are still the same. When I asked about the nail paint too, they said do you want me to do it again, like seriously? Almost 3 hours in, I sjould sit for another 30-40 mins. They literally make you feel so anxious by making fun of things at your face right as soon as you mention some issue to them. They start laughing immediately and talking in their language. I wonder how they maintain this name. #ace Highly disappointed. There are a few people who are really sweet and great at what they do, specially the lady with glasses, she’s really good at pedicure.
