2025-08-23I booked an appointment here for a blowout (I have naturally curly hair), and the salon confirmed my 8:30 AM time. Unfortunately, the night before, my appointment was suddenly canceled with no explanation. This was especially disappointing because I needed my hair styled for an important occasion, and I was left scrambling last minute. I had been excited to try this salon because of their great reviews and reasonable pricing, but the lack of communication and professionalism really let me down. I hope they improve how they handle cancellations in the future, because clients deserve better notice and transparency.

2025-06-23I drive from Palm Desert to Redlands to get my hair done by Claudia she is one of the best hairstylist, she gives me a beautiful haircut and highlights that compliment my face. I love that she is very detailed and listens to what styles I have in mind, she is gentle with my hair and always is careful not to damage it. The staff are very professional, Claudia was highly recommended by a friend in the Desert even though there are plenty of salons available in my area the drive is well worth it. I have thick and long hair, I have people give me compliments on my hair every time I have my hair done by Claudia.

2025-04-23Called in super last minute and Elizabeth took me even though they were close to closing time. I asked for a haircut only and she did an amazing job on my hair. She gave me exactly what I wanted and framed my face with my hair, beautifully done. Elizabeth was always super friendly and she had amazing vibes. Pricing also, amazing. $55 for a cut was great considering prices at other salons. The most affordable I’ve seen in a good while and amazing service! 10/10 will Recommend Elizabeth for any female looking for a stylist! (:
