D-Luxe Nails Studio

I went to get my nails done last Sunday and one of the ladies that helped me did them very horrible. Instead of drawing the stars she put stickers, the only star she drew, she drew it super ugly, my nails were too thick, I said no glitter and small gems and she did the EXACT opposite. I was trying to be respectful and trust the process but it just kept getting worse. I went to the front desk and started crying bc I had so much anxiety and she had taken wayyy to long to do whatever she did. They told me they could redo them but I just wanted to get the heck out of there I had already spent a long time there. They gave me a 25 dollar discount I paid and left crying. I had an event coming up w no time to go to another salon since Sundays are my only rest day. they just ruined my nails. It’s been 3 days since I got them done. This is how they look and the inspiration pics. On the middle finger it was supposed to be replaced w the second picture that has no glitter. I’m gonna get them removed at another nail salon definitely not going back there.

On my first visit, at fist it was frustrating to get the design I wanted. There was some inexperience with design on toes and nails. When I was passed on to another tech, she was able to help find another design. I will be going to Leslie from now on. My stones started falling off next day. I went back and they made all the necessary repairs nails and toes.

I have been attending this nail salon for a while now. I decided to get a pedicure and manicure for my birthday. However, technician Cindy became very disrespectful as I was explaining to her what I wanted for my manicure. Very unprofessional and embarrassing to treat her clients with such disrespect in front of other clients. I will not be receiving any more of her services. As I was explaining to her the length that I wanted for my nails, Cindy seemed very annoyed and was in such a rush to get my manicure done. Then she requested the lady up front for me to pay $50. I definitely did not tip that lady due to her poor behavior. Not a great experience for a birthday.

I absolutely love this place! My nails always look amazing and the quality of work is 10/10. Everyone is super nice, helpful and make sure all their customers are comfortable and satisfied.

Such a great fun atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly. It’s a busy salon but never have I felt rushed or unattended to. May is amazing I would highly recommend her. I feel like image found my nail technician for life !!
