Lucky Nails Xpress

First of all when it comes to outstanding respectful quality customer service in the nail service nobody and I mean nobody beats Lucky nails Express in the Moreno Valley area. I'm African American and I can say for years I'm used to walking in the nail salon, the workers looking up looking at each other speaking their language and not even bother to speak in English or greet me. Absolutely not the case here. I'm greated as soon as I walk in the door with a smile. They are so and I mean so nice here. From the owner down to the workers everybody treat you with respect and they see you. I know as a customer spending my money it feels good to be seen, respected and valued. That's why I drive 27 minutes up to 44 minutes in traffic because it's absolutely worth it. Come try him out I'll guarantee it'll be worth it for you as well. Holly is absolutely delightful and funny. Actually they all are pretty comical. This is not a paid sponsorship. No services are goods were offered in exchange for this review. I had my first pedicure here after not going for almost 10 years! It was a wonderful experience. Van was my tech and he was so kind, knowledgeable and gentle. His work is impeccable. I will only be going to this nail salon from now on. 😊

I found this place on google about a week and an half ago and decided to check it out because of all the good reviews. The staff were very friendly, spoke good English, the service was perfect. I have anxiety especially when it comes to the drills, but the drill wasn’t overly used at all. I got a short white full set by thumb/Tom/T and he did my nails perfectly. He was so calm and took his time, he even asked exactly how I wanted them. Maria did my pedicure and she was amazing very detailed and down to earth. Everybody in there does nails and feet which is rare. I had Maria do my pedicure because I didn’t know Tom did them too, but he’ll definitely be doing them next time. Because I’m going back for sure!!! Absolutely recommend and they did not offer us a discount for our review like other places this is my honest opinion and experience.

Wonderful work. Amazing customer service. I can't believe I've lived up the street from them for years and had no idea they were here. I will absolutely be going back and recommending friends and family. Maria did my nails and she was so much fun and I enjoyed the whole experience.

I love this nail spa. I've been coming here since the owners took over the shop years ago. I have no complaints they make you feel welcomed and loved. And my nails always come out flawless. I always give my tech a challenge and they never disappoint. This photo is of a two week old set. Flawless and I don't need a fill yet 💙
