International Orange at Marin

I went in with a very tight back from lifting weights, originally expecting to see a woman, but Nick took care of me instead—and I’m so glad he did! He did an amazing job working through the tension. His bedside manner was excellent, and his technique was up to date and spot on. I left feeling so much better

One of my favorite spas to get a massage. I’ve been here three times and I’ll definitely be going back. They have a steam room and sauna and a beautiful lounge area where you can relax before or after your treatment & sip tea / eat snacks they provide. Great local spot to support!

Proceed with caution, as not all experiences are the same! My friend and I booked a spa day with 60-minute massages and 80-minute facials. Let me break it down... I'll start with the pros: A beautiful and (most importantly) peaceful minimalist escape in the Marin Country Mart. Well-appointed (though small) locker rooms with steam and sauna. The massages were enjoyable and reasonably priced. We added the balm, which I would skip in the future. Now for the cons: Our facials were among the worst we have ever had. The $265 price tag for an 80-minute facial seems steep, especially since it doesn't include the decolletage or steam. We upgraded for the add-ons (LED lights), which, unfortunately, weren't even offered to my friend. My facial massage was frankly laughable, and some of the techniques felt more like someone slapping me than tapotement. We tried gaslighting ourselves into believing they were good to justify the price. Bottom line... There is no standard protocol for treatment, so book at your own risk. If you want the facial experience, just slap yourself and save the money.

Had a 60 minute therapeutic massage after running a marathon and it was HEAVENLY. Sabrina was my practitioner and she was fantastic. I’m not a frequent spa goer but I think I will be now. Facilities are beautiful, clean and peaceful. They truly have thought of everything to make your experience comfortable. Highly, highly recommend. The only thing I would do differently next time is extend the time for 90 min.

I had the best facial of my life with Holly at International Orange. She took such good care of me, and is so amazing at what she does. After my treatment, my skin was glowing and I was in a state of absolute serenity from Holly’s warm and healing energy. From check in to check out, it was a blissful experience and I can’t wait to return soon. I love that the lounge area is flooded with natural light. So grateful to have such a beautiful facility in the neighborhood. Thank you Holly and International Orange 🥰
