Nail Palace

First time visit at this salon and was very satisfied with my service. It was very busy on a Friday pre-holiday afternoon but luckily I did not have to wait a long time - it was only less than 5 mins waiting and I was already in an available chair. I just got a pedicure with an extra 5 minute massage and my technician took her time with my toes which I am pleased about and it came out better than other places I’ve been to. During check out (I paid cash) they asked if I wanted a loyalty stamp card which I will gladly accept since I will be returning - but I also received a nice first timer gift! It was a lovely, good sized hand lotion. I walked back to tip my technician and as I walked out, a handful of employees there thanked me and wished me happy holidays. Made me feel welcomed. Everyone was friendly. Thank you for making my first impression a great one.

Scheduling the appt. with the lady was welcoming. I feel as though, the first impression (the phone call in) says a lot about the service you’ll receive! Walking, it was beautiful and calming. The pedicure tech was detailed and patient. Now Alice…she just impressive! When approaching me, she introduced herself and asked my name…I’ve never had that done in all my years going to nail salons! Although I scheduled for a full set, I showed Alice how I tried to do my own manicure…leaving catnips. I inquired about her nails and another customers. Alice took time to educate me on the different types of nail service that I could receive and what would be best for my nails…and even what to put on my catnips! She even answered me question, on when to return….i definitely am!! I appreciated that she was concerned about what would be best for my nails and my satisfaction! Thank you Nail Palace!!!

It’s been a long time since I received a great pedicure. This was my first time coming here and as a walk in & I had the best experience ever! I Didn’t wait long and it was pretty busy. Nancy did my pedicure & she was amazing! She seems like a perfectionist & was taking her time filing & just cleaning up my toes. I will be coming back for sure! 20/10😍

I went to nail palace for the first time ever after reading the amazing reviews, I made an apt with Alice and oh my she is so amazing and so talented, as well as extremely kind!! My nails look amazing and I will definitely be coming back again and again!!
