My son got a cut from Frankie, and it looked great, exactly what he wanted. I had my hair done by Kat, who was incredibly sweet and thorough. She explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout. She apologized for taking extra time, but I completely understand that patience is part of the process when you’re at a beauty school. The students here aren’t rushing through, they’re learning, and that means they need time and instructor guidance. Honestly, the attention to detail shows in the results.
