Pretty Drama

From the get, it wasn't easy, as a new client, to make an appt. Once I did, I was told her cube wasn't working and I would need to pay cash...when my appt was a couple weeks away. Cool. Day of my appt, she was a bit late coming in, telling me she didnt sleep well the night before and was tired...not something I cared to hear. I learned that she is fairly new to the game, which is something else I guess I should have inquired about before scheduling. I'm used to professionals. We had arranged to cut off about 18 inches of my hair and do a foil...pics and ideas sent ahead of time., with a ballpark quote of 120. She cut my hair off and started with her foils...I've never, in all of my years of having foils, had someone rat my hair at the roots before foiling my hair. She had to go back for bleach, 2 more times....mind you, I wanted highlighting foils, not a full bleach, my hair is pretty darn thin, and she just hacked it off above the shoulder line... She left clips in my foils, when washing she kept yanking on my foils, head, and hair before she remembered there were clips. Because she had rat my hair, trying to brush it after my toner and wash, was horrible. She claimed to straighten up my hair cut and told me if I had any issues they would be fixed for free....knowing I was leaving for vacation in 2 days. I paid 20 above the quote for the extra bleach plus a tip. Not a bad price since I'm used to spending well over 200 for my hair, with a professional outcome. I was in her chair over 3 hours, which was absolutely ridiculous....I didn't even have my hair styled. She laughed at how long I was there and said she did not know how that happened especially since in school they stress the importance of keeping their time. When I left, I'm pretty sure she had already sensed I was not happy. Once I got home and could actually assess...my haircut was not even close to being even...neither were the foils. When lifting up the top layers of hair, the whole bottom layer had about 5 strands, all the way around, with bleach, the rest is primarily my original hair color. My top layer is mostly fried and I have a heck of a time getting a wet brush or a large tooth comb thru it... I've lived local for 5 year and have been scared to have someone in this town touch my hair...and I was right to be. I've seen plenty of good reviews for this place along with before and after pics...but this was not my experience. There is absolutely zero reason for me to go back and have anything fixed. I will just deal with it until it grows out.

Adriana promised that she could color my hair with blues and silver. She ruined my hair and turned my hair black. All I want is my money back. Adrian refused and said I am no longer allowed at Pretty Drama, where I also get my lashes done with good results. I just want my money back. Pictures after and before.

Adriana Was Able To Get All 3 Of My Boys In For A Haircut Before Easter & She Was Amazing! So Patient,Friendly,Good Conversationalist, She Also Offered A Design For My Oldest 2 And Let Them Pick. She Had Them Feeling So Fly Walking Out. We Will Definitely Be Back! Great Experience Overall

Lacey is great!! She does my lashes and has very good pricing, and she’s very gentle with your lashes. She can do whatever you want for your lashes and works with you. 100% recommend you go to her for all your lash needs.

I just had my hair done by Adriana. I was a walk in client right before she was about to go home and she did not hesitate at all to get me in! She cut my hair absolutely beautifully, I got layers and bangs done (going for a 90’s blow out look) and she perfected it. Understood what I wanted and listened when I wanted something changed. I definitely recommend going to her and pretty drama, the people there are so kind and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back for more coloring and styling! Absolutely amazing prices as well, I was shocked when I saw it.
