I can't say enough good things about my nail tech Hannah! Not only is she warm and friendly, but she's also truly talented at what she does. She pays attention to detail, listens to what I want, and consistently delivers beautiful results. Every appointment feels like a treat. I always leave with flawless nails and a smile. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality and great service!

After 8 years at my previous salon, I was looking for a more premium and reliable experience. I have been to EcoNails 2x now. In both experiences, I love the ambiance. Truly relaxing. They play relaxing music, beautiful scenery in the TVs, the nail techs do not speak non stop in another language, and they pamper with steam for pedicures and treat to elevated drinks. They truly care about the experience. However, like any nail salon you have to find the right nail tech. 1st time, my Gelx fill nail tech was not good. This time However, RACHEL, is amazing and will be my go to for each appt. With both gel pedicures they were great with Jasmine and Serena. I also communicated to the front desk before my 2nd appt that I did not want the 1st nail tech and they gladly found me a better solution. If they continue with the atmosphere, very attentive and great quality service I can see this being my nail salon for years. There seemed to be gnats the 2nd time I was there, so that could be improved for next time.

(Be wary of the slew of recent reviews on this page- they are fake profiles with multiple reviews for nail salons hundreds of miles apart.) My regular nail tech recently retired, so I was looking for a new spot. The ambiance at Eco is lovely and the ladies at the front desk are very sweet. Beyond that, it was so bad I thought I was on candid camera as part of a prank show. My tech began by removing my Gel X nails with an e-file and kept slipping and knicking my skin. (I had raw spots the next day.) Kind of a red flag. I asked for “medium almond” but she brought out the kit for longer stiletto extensions and said she would file them. I thought this was odd but said okay. She kept removing the extensions and re-doing the glue, leaving me with dried glue all over my hands. I let her know my natural nails were poking out at the sides and asked her to fix them. She then told me I made her nervous and her hands were shaking. REALLY awkward, but I felt so bad that I just let her finish because I wanted it to be over with so I could go home and fix them. There was excess glue caked beneath and around my nails, and later that day I noticed one nail was crooked and had a gap between the Gel X and my natural nail. I stopped in the next day and asked the front desk if I could have just that nail replaced by a different tech. The tech was annoyed at the outset and said the gap was fine and that the nail wasn’t crooked. She called two other techs over to agree with her but I said I wanted it replaced. She literally sighed and rolled her eyes, then would dramatically drum her fingers on the table while the gel was curing to convey how inconvenient this 10 minute process was for her. I couldn’t even feel mad because it was borderline funny how bad the experience was. I guess I learned not to be swayed by decor and complimentary drinks.

Amazing! I have been coming here for the past few months and they always leave me happy. All the staff members are always kind and never make you feel unwelcome like at other salons. Brought my daughter for her bday and she loved it as well. I have put before and after pictures of my manicure. I never thought my natural nails could look so pretty!

If I can give a zero star, then I would happily give a zero star. WORST nail techinican EVER. I came in to get my previous nail extensions removed and get a new set with color. Unfortunately, I had a very upsetting experience with a technician named Nancy. While she was removing and applying the new extensions, she hurt the skin around my nails, causing bleeding. She also used a file on my cuticles so harshly that it was extremely painful. When I showed her the design I wanted, she said they didn’t have the same color and told me to just pick one from the palette. While I was trying to find something similar, she kept pressuring me multiple times to hurry up and choose, which made me very uncomfortable. Even worse, when other staff members came to see what’s happening and she started complaining about me in Vietnamese right in front of me. I couldn’t understand the words, but her tone and expression made it very clear she was annoyed. At one point, she sighed loudly and even said “Oh my God” to my face. I felt so uncomfortable that I asked another technician, Gina, to finish the design instead. Gina was kind and tried her best to match the design I originally wanted. I appreciate her help. But because of Nancy, my hands were left sore and stinging even after the appointment, and the whole experience left me really upset. I had to pay $85.00 for this. NEVER COMING BACK.
