Polish Her Not! Nails&Spa (10% OFF New Customers)

I came in for a simple gel manicure with a pink base and french tips. I was charged $50+, there for 1 hour and 20 minutes and they look AWFUL. They are messy, uneven and the thickness of the tips are all different sizes! The guy did three coats of pink and then put a good amount of white on and used polish remover and a brush to attempt to create a french tip look, however it took 90% of the pink off. There are RANDOM smudges of pink all over my nails. I also don't know why he removed the pink in the first place, why paint 3 coats of pink just to remove it all moments later? If he was not able to do the pink nails with french tip, he should have said that from the beginning. This is the worst gel manicure I have ever had and on top of that it took forever! I will not be returning.

The polish job on my nails is good, but the technician didn’t listen to me and cut my nails square. There was very little manicuring in terms of shaping my nails or tending to my cuticles. But the part that got to me is the hygiene. I did not see the technician open a baggie of tools to prove that they were sterilized, she seemed to pick up what was already at the station, and then in the middle of my manicure she used the tools to tend to her own nails, so I lost even more confidence I told being clean. Yikes.

I went in to get the head spa hair wash; Mrs Song was very thoughtful and thorough. It came with a foot bath, hand massage, shoulder massage, facial and hair wash/ massage. It was so relaxing I literally feel asleep a few times. She did a great job, I was a little nervous at first because I have very thick curly hair that I very hard to manipulate. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars is that the last few times I’ve come in they never have enough technicians to get all of the service I would like for that day, even after making an appointment a week in advance. I absolutely love this place and I’ve come here intermittently for the past couple years but this is the first time having this particular service and I was blown away and needed to share my experience.

I’ve been going to Chelsea for some time now. I hate getting my nails done but love having them done. She gets them done quick and the quality is unmatched. They always turn out so good and last.Plus she’s the sweetest.

Super uneven toenails after pedicure. My nails were totally rushed through and did not turn out good. I booked a specific pedicure online and when I got there they gave me a menu of pedicures to choose from. They were different than the options online. The website gives a completely different vibe than what you actually experience when you’re there. I found out when I got there that they also do psychic readings. The best thing about the experience was the massage chair. The ladies were nice also but it just wasn’t worth the price or the time unfortunately.
