I went to Milan Institute yesterday. I am so happy with my hair cut. My granddaughter Juliana B. Is a student there and has learned so much and she is loving it. She is an artistic and creative person so it is a perfect environment for her to learn in. The instructors are positive and encouraging to the students there. I will be going back for more services. Last week I returned to Juliana for a facial. I had never had one. She did a brief consultation and then retrieved the products she needed. She told me about the products she was using and why. Juliana was very knowledgeable and professional. It was very refreshing and I will definitely be coming back.

Went for a kid’s pamper packet and had a wonderful experience! It included manicure, pedicure, makeup and hair style. Everyone was so kind and took their time and did a wonderful job! Will definitely return, and highly recommend! Just FYI: haircut is not included in the packet, just wash and style.

I had such a wonderful experience during my basic facial! From the moment I walked in, Asia made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. She explained each step of the process and took the time to tailor the treatment to my skin’s needs. My face felt so refreshed, clean, and glowing afterward! What really stood out was how gentle and professional Asia was. She clearly knows her craft and has such a calming presence that made the whole experience so enjoyable. I can’t put into words how amazing the service by Sophia was, she not only helped me figure out what to do with my hot mess hair she also executed the color PERFECTLY!!! She is truly an angel and I hope she has a long amazing career!
