2025-11-01I was very dissatisfied with my experience. After a third attempt to fix my nails, they ended up removing them completely. The technician ground around my cuticles so harshly that they are now raw and painful, as shown in the pictures. They also left glue stuck on all of my fingernails. When I requested a refund, they refused, leaving me out over $90 for nails that were damaged instead of fixed. This has caused me significant discomfort and concern about possible infection.

2025-10-31My wife left this salon in tears after a terrible experience. The technician applied crooked nails, then shaved one side to make it ‘look straight’—which only made it worse. She had to return to have them completely redone, which left her nails and hands damaged. Extremely disappointed with both the quality and professionalism. The new set are too small and her fingers hurt.

2025-10-09This has been my 2nd time at Mio's and I got to say, they never disappoint. Not only are they very professional and kind but are also very attentive to their customers. All of the tools they utilize that are not reusable, are ALWAYS new and thats a BIG deal for me. Hygiene and cleanliness is definitely a MUST for me. I will continue to come and recommend Mio.
