The tech took her time to understand what shape and length I wanted, and the whole process was handled in a timely and professional manner. My Gel-X nails turned out beautifully they look natural, feel super lightweight, and the finish is smooth and flawless. I didn’t experience any discomfort or rough filing, and the application was very precise. This is honestly the best my nails have looked in a long time. I can’t wait to go back and try a new set!

Every time I show Martin a picture of what I want, he makes it look exactly the same or even better. He always asks if I’m happy with the shape, color, design etc before setting it with the light and he’s also always asking if I want anything to drink. 10/10 customer service.
