Absolutely enjoyed every bit of my man tacular treatment. We came for my wife’s Birthday but I most certainly felt like I received the royal treatment. Let me tell you, this place is for ever the spot to get right. I mean great service. Fast, friendly and drinks are perfect. Everyone is amazing but I recommend y’all go to Ms. Holly. REQUEST HER EVERYTIME…. I know I am… Major shout out to Holly. She most certainly deserves a raise!!!! Again, just don’t wait , stop what you doing and come…Luxx made us feel good. 🔥👏🏾😇 For all the men reading or worried to come, there is no judgment at all… Sometimes we got to get right as a man!!!! Excuse my feet, it’s not what you see… it’s the finishing touches…. Feel like a new man 💯 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

I’ve gone back and fourth on leaving a review because I never leave reviews. I had been going here for a few months and loved my nails every time. The last two times I got my nails done by Theresa and loved them both times but the second time, a day later, the clear coat over the chrome started peeling around the edges of my nails. So I called to come in to have them fixed and I wanted to have Theresa again, as this wasn’t her fault and I loved how she had been doing my nails. I was told that I could get a different design since they don’t offer refunds and I didn’t just want more clear coat over the chrome. So I came in for my appt and I explained to her what happened. She was quiet and had an attitude which she normally would chat with me. As she was filing off the chrome and color, she hit my cuticles on numerous fingers which she hadn’t done at my two previous appts with her. Just acting completely careless like she was upset she had to redo my color and design. To top it off, she did a horrible job on the bows that were on two of my fingers. I was so irritated at how she was acting that I just wanted to leave so I didn’t bother saying anything. It is really unfortunate when nail techs act like the customer did something wrong or that they’re being dumb for wanting their nails done right or fixed. Like I said I was coming here for a few months but after that, I’ll be looking for a new nail place!

Can not recommend this place more and my technician Jennifer! I was on a time crunch and needed to get manicure done for my wedding. When I told Jennifer she said - girl, say less. Not only did she make my dream nails come true, she did it with quality. My nails did NOT end up looking like a rushed job, which I feared. They came out beautifully and I got a ton of complements. Jennifer, you are truly a star. Thank you!

Had to find a new nail place because my other person left to go open his own place and it was too far away to drive. So I’ve been on the search for the last four weeks and I think I finally found a place to call home to get my nails done. Beautiful shop, friendly smiling faces, professional and clean great service all the way around and Hannah did an awesome job. Thank you.

Very sufficient and friendly atmosphere. The staff made sure I get the service that I wanted. Cici was amazing and fast! I will definitely comeback to her again and get my nails done more often here at the Luxx
