Pink Pearl Nails Spa

I was really excited for this place and took my friend with me. We went in for a manicure and pedicure the day before my bachelorette trip and it was my first time visiting this salon. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed annoyed with me and her (didn’t speak to us and when we asked for a drink, they seemed annoyed. Their tone was like “hurry up and choose”). My friend and I kept looking at each other trying to understand how the reviews were so positive. The staff was extremely rude and the salon itself was noticeably dirty (see pic). The massage chair was the most uncomfortable one I have ever used. My pedicure was the worst I have ever received and it cost $50. Also, their prices don’t match what’s on their website, so be cautious. I became very upset during the manicure and started crying because the pedicure was so bad and then the fingernails were not at all what I envisioned. When I changed my mind about the color, the technician seemed irritated and his wife, sat right next to him the whole time and was rolling her eyes at me. They did not have the color I originally wanted, so I had to choose something I did not like. I was emotional because I wanted my nails to look perfect for my bachelorette trip since the photos will be lasting memories and felt completely dismissed because Shin kept saying he “has experience”. When I finally said I did not like how they were turning out, the technician told me, “You don’t know how long I’ve been doing nails. This is good work. I won’t be able to please you, so I’ll take these off and you can take your business elsewhere.” I explained that my trip was the next day and I needed them done. He began removing them, and then the owner came over. Instead of helping, she stood over me in a way that felt intimidating and stopped him from fully removing the nails telling me to come in the next day to get them done. I told her I didn’t have time and that’s why I made the appointment at the time I did. I felt pressured to make an appointment for the next day and had to leave for my trip (because I didn’t have time) with dip residue all over my nails. I ended up leaving with an awful pedicure and partially removed nails. It was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this salon at all. Edit: they responded and said that didn’t align with what happened when it absolutely did. My friend was with me as a witness and I left with no nails. The photos show the awful pedicure and the dirtiness. Honestly, a refund would be appreciated for the emotional stress and time wasted.

From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming and made me feel completely comfortable. ✨ I had an appointment with Vivi, and she was the sweetest! 💕 She was so easy to chat with, made me feel relaxed the entire time, and you can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. I gave her a vision for my nails and she made it even better than I imagined. 🎨💅 Watching her work was honestly so fun and soothing — she’s truly an artist. If you’re looking for a place with amazing talent and warm vibes, this is it. Highly recommend! ✨💖

I highly recommend Pink Pearl Nail Spa! I came in with a terrible nail job from another salon, and Shin completely transformed them. He not only fixed the damage but also created a design that turned out even better than the photo I brought in. Shin is incredibly patient, detail-oriented, and truly takes pride in his work. My nails have never looked this good — it’s honestly the best manicure I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for flawless nails and exceptional service, this is the place to go!

I can’t recommend Bee enough! From the moment I sat down, she made me feel welcome and completely at ease. She’s incredibly skilled, pays attention to every little detail, and truly listens to what you want. My nails came out perfect—exactly the shape, color, and design I envisioned (honestly, even better!). The salon was clean, relaxing, and had a great vibe, but Bee’s professionalism and talent are what really made my experience five stars. My family and I had the best experience at Pink Pearl Nails getting ready for my brother’s wedding! There were four of us—my brother, his bride-to-be, our mom, and me—and the team was so accommodating, even staying late to fit us in. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel taken care of. The bride’s wedding nails turned out absolutely stunning—she got tips and a detailed design that was perfect for her big day. I also got tips with a simpler design, and both sets turned out beautifully. Shin, who did our nails, is a true artist. If you’re looking for detailed or intricate nail art, definitely ask for him! The customer service was top-notch, and the whole experience made an already special weekend even more memorable. Highly recommend!
