I really didn’t wanna make a bad review but I have to especially for the people that are looking forward to coming here. First of all, let me start by saying the pictures on Google when you search this place up are false advertisement and i’ll show you why. So i came yesterday (Tuesday, 4:15pm) and had to wait until 4:30 to even be attended to ok that’s fine. When I’m finally attended to, I proceeded to show my inspiration pictures to the guy and I swiped to another one and he was like “what is this where’s the other picture?” so I swiped back to the other one, which happened to be a basic one and that was it, he didn’t let me show him the other pictures i wanted to, it’s like he chose what HE wanted to do. He didn’t even ask me if I wanted acrylic or gel he just started… so I’m just getting my nails done and the guy is clearly struggling with the acrylic powder for the background of my nails so i sort of knew from there he wouldn’t be able to pull it off and i was unfortunately right. It took him 2 hours (I left at 6:20pm) I came back the next day because i wanted them redone or a partial refund at least and they told me no refunds only service so i gave them another shot (Today, Wednesday 1:30pm) and a different lady “fixed” my nails. She was visibly rushing because more customers came in and they were shortstaffed. I showed her the same inspiration pictures and it came out as you see below, still not how I wanted it. Mind you I asked if someone would be able to do it right this time because I’m driving an hour out but obviously it was a mistake even going back. The first pictures are how they first came out, the third picture is the “fixed” version from today and last ones are the inspirations, so yea, please don’t waste your time coming here if you’re looking for complexity cause they clearly can’t provide that.

Trey and Tina were awesome! Got such a relaxing and solid pedicure and gel nail set. Highly recommend this spot. I was going to a few others in town and every time I left disappointed BUT THIS PLACE IS IT! You can’t go wrong. They’re kind, good at what they do and make you feel at home in their salon.

i had a terrible experience here getting dip removed. i had gone somewhere out of town for a dip manicure and needed to get my set taken off for work. i called and they said they could do it if i came right away. they soaked my nails in acetone which was normal but then the nail artist used an e file and kept buffing until multiple layers of my natural nail wore off in the process. he was really rushing and my nails started to hurt and i had him stop. nails were red, throbbing and super thin. still charged me $25 for a removal and i left in tears. DO NOT GO HERE FOR DIP REMOVAL. clearly did not know how to properly take them off

If I could give this place a zero I would but that’s not an option. I went in prior to 11 o’clock in the morning because that’s when they had a new customer special with like 20% off or something and I figured I could give that on top of the tip that I expected to give to the nail technician that waited on me. So I showed the nail technician Lou exactly what I wanted. It was a photo from their salons website so obviously the picture that I showed them was work that they had done and obviously they would know how to do that you would think right? So I had about five people gather around while I was showing the picture and the owner chimed in and had the audacity to say that was from 10 years ago that picture – well I was thinking OK it shouldn’t really matter because that picture came from your salon, and you guys are the one that produced that work– I didn’t say that though – so he starts to work on my nails and I didn’t say anything because I know the job you can’t judge until it’s done. When it came to the color though colors are pretty clear cut and the colors didn’t even match what I had shown. I mentioned this to him and then about three people started talking in a different language. You could totally tell that they were talking about me and maybe that I was being picky or demanding or something although I wasn’t. I was just commenting about the obvious color difference. Then about 10 minutes later out from the back comes this younger guy and he comes over to where I’m sitting and he says“how are you doing? Lou” in a very sarcastic manner in English obviously, I understood what he was saying, and the content in context. And the tone he used. And then the entire salon all of the people that worked there not the clients laughed hysterically. So you could totally tell that they were making comments about me in a different language. I was very polite and grateful and thankful during the service obviously that would be stupid to be rude or mean because they wouldn’t do a good job and plus that’s just not my character to be rude. It’s kind of like being rude to somebody that’s working with your food that would be an absolute dumb move, but no matter how polite I was or anything like that they still felt the need to humiliate me and be rude to me, but gladly took my money at the end. I did not tip at all. Matter of fact my tip was hey start treating customers more nicely. There’s a tip for you. I ended up leaving with something completely different than what I wanted. I hated my nails for about four days and then I decided to go to elegant nails in the mall downtown 4th St., Santa Rosa and was helped by Amy who completely did a wonderful job she ended up taking off the entire set that royal spa and Lou did and created a masterpiece on my hands. If you’re curious as to what I showed them as a picture that I wanted from their website, it’s the turtle tortoise Shell brown picture with gold sparkles and such if you look at the pictures that they have I believe it’s the second or third one and that’s what I wanted and I left with some of the completely different and humiliated and had to go elsewhere and spend extra money, but I’m glad that I went to elegant nails in the mall because now I know where to go – Thanks, Royal nails, and Lou for screwing my nails up and humiliating me and laughing at me and charging me but the good thing is I found elegant nails and I’m sure they think you as well for doing such a horrible job because they gained a lifetime customer. I absolutely love the nails that Kelly and Nancy gave me and my family! They’re so beautiful and thoughtful, and it means a lot that they took the time to make our nails look how we like it. Every time I look at them, I’m reminded of their kindness and how much care they put into making our nails to look good.
