Worst experience here. I asked for nail inspiration that I saw on Pinterest. The store was completely empty when I went, and the bald guy said he could take me in and do my nails. With the amount of time and no customers they had, you would expect they would do a wonderful job, but they were the most horrendous thing I have ever seen in my life. They were my prom nails, and I was mad. They were originally charging me $70. When I came back, I told them I hated them. And I want my money back, no matter what. The lady who was a little dark-skinned and wore glasses looked at them, and she offered to redo them. I said okay. And I waited again. They were probably talking bad about me, but I just wanted my nails. When it was my turn, I asked for another set of nails because I knew they were going to mess up again. The lady stared to complain and said, No, it's going to take two hours. I said that’s fine; I’m okay with taking that long. Then they all proceeded to attack me, telling me to get out, giving me my money back, took of my nails in the most meanest way possible and didn’t even take it out properly. (Also the bald guy was using his yellow long nail and shoving them in my cuticle and pushing them down and using the drill so close that I was slightly bleeding). and they continuously laughed when I left the store . This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I would never ever come back here, and there are so many great places that anyone could go, but this place is one of the worst places in Fontana. Super rude, unprofessional, and need to go back to nail school because it looks like all of them need it. (Pictures of what I wanted and what I got and how they left me with my nails)

This was my daughter and I first time coming here and let me tell you we absolutely loved it. We had the best treatment ever! The staff is very friendly, polite and professional. I have never felt this comfortable coming to a nail salon until I came here. The did an absolutely amazing job on our full sets and pedicures. I love the natural look 🥰

I highly recommend coming here. Came here for a full set and pedicure and everything came out cute. For the full set, the nails weren’t thick and had a nice shape. My mom came in for a pedicure, manicure and lashes and she loves them. They have a grand opening special for $35 lashes. Came out pretty and natural. I highly recommend.

First time here and had the worse experience. The lady doing my pedicure did a horrible job. The bald older man in the front did my nails. He was outside smoking his cigarette came in and started on my nails that’s all I could smell . It didn’t bother me much, but when it came to my nail service he was so rude and was pushing my cuticle with his long nails and cut me really bad with his nails disgusting. And then he had me move to go on his chair and I looked down and he ruined my expensive shoes. Never apologized just walked away. I’m so mad at my self for not speaking up!! I will never come back to this place 100$ later and waisted money . I will go somewhere else to fix everything. Please don’t waist your time here
