My nail technician was polite and earned her tip with the leg and foot message that are included with the Deluxe Pedicure. A plus are all the great color options they offer. I will be going back.

Although I have been coming to this shop, the last two technicians didn't do a good job and the cuticles and dead skin were overgrown. I was considering going somewhere else. Pam changed my mind and I hope Pam continues to work there because I will always request her for my pedicures.

2025-04-064/5/25 Updated- I have been coming to see Loann for 4 years now and I'm alwaya impressed by the service I receive. The shop is clean and smells fantastic, they keep it well lit and airy. I truly love this place!!!! The quality is fantastic and the women working are amazing. However, the last two times there have been really rude customers coming in without appointments and demanding services. One woman actually refused to pay for her designs stating they owed her for making her wait, but she didn't have an appointment and the rest of us did. The ladies working handled the issues with grace because they are fabulous, but seriously people be better customers, and make appointments.
