I took my daughter out for a birthday pedicure after church, and everyone at Chic Nails made our experience so special! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted so warmly. They even sang Happy Birthday to my little 7-year-old and played a birthday video — she was smiling ear to ear! The entire staff was so kind and accommodating, and they even offered refreshments. I absolutely love the atmosphere. If you’re looking for a place to take your child for a special birthday mani-pedi, I highly recommend Chic Nails! 🎉💅🤍

Every time I come to visit this place, Kathleen and Ryan do amazing job for pedicure and manicure! The quality of service is high and professional. I tried multiple places in Elk Grove, but none of them can compare to the Chic Nails. Kathleen’s pedicure is thorough and detailed; she goes above and beyond to make sure that it looks beautiful; she is not going to rush in order “to just get it done”. Ryan is the best with the manicure! I am a nurse, and my hands deal with a lot of chemicals and sanitizer, but Ryan does the magic to turn my tired and weary hands to beautiful masterpiece! First time attending this nail establishment. I actually liked it. The place are clean, relaxing, and the customer service is great. We were welcomed and greeted once arrived at our appointment and was quickly asked with we wanted waters, tea, or coffees. The pedicures and manicure was good. We definitely go back next time.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been doing my nails for the past 30 years and never had such a bad experience. This is the worst place you can possibly go to, don’t waste your money. When I first went, he asked me if i wanted my nails short and i said just a little bit. He cut it VERY SHORT. He didn’t put enough powder on my nails and the next day it started to chip off, so I went back and asked them to fix it. After 2 hours of working on my nails, I walked out with thick, messy, and bumpy nails. I am extremely disappointed and surprised that this business is even open. The workers are very unprofessional. Just go somewhere else to do your nails.

Probably some of the worst nails I have had. I went in to have an acrylic set put on. I got the Male technician. First of all, no matter how many times I told them SHORTER NAILS PLEASE…it’s like they kept fighting it and wouldn’t give me shorter nails. Weird. Second…WITH IN 4 days of getting my nails done, they have all started to lift and I have to go get them filled so they don’t all break off. Messy around the edges. Thick and chunky. Save your money and go elsewhere. Disappointed.
