Spring Nails

I went in for a relaxing pedicure and ended up leaving with a painful cut on my toe and a terrible experience and a visit to urgent care! During the pedicure, the nail tech cut me badly enough that I started bleeding and it wouldn't stop bleeding for about 20 minutes. They tried to get it to stop bleeding by pouring some white powder and SUPER GLUING my cut. The whole appointment was spent in pain instead of being relaxed. They still tried to paint my toe but I refused due to the amount of blood crust that had built up on my toe and the amount of pain I was in. So I didn't even get to have my complete pedicure. What bothered me even more was that they still tried to charge me the full $60 for the service with a slight discount of $15!!! Even though I left with an injury instead of a relaxing pedicure AND a visit to urgent care. The lady who cut me was very apologetic and I understand mistakes happen but the way the guy at the front was handling it was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. This felt unprofessional and inconsiderate. Cutting a client to the point of bleeding and then expecting them to pay full price is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone who cares about hygiene, safety, and basic customer service. I included pictures of my injury to hopefully prevent someone else from having to experience this.

My nails look magical, elegant, and completely unique. Loki took his time, made sure the design was perfect, and made the whole experience feel relaxing and luxurious. Loki doesn’t just “do nails,” he creates art. If you want detailed designs and perfectly executed work, he’s the one. I’m obsessed with this set.

Richi did a great job on my nails, exactly what I wanted. I love them! 😍 I come here all the time for years and I also get pedicures here and everyone is so sweet and nice and they all do a great job. I highly recommend coming here to get your nails or toes done. Very nice people.

Tina was so amazing. The service was exceptional. Me and my friend went and they accommodated us so we could sit next to each other. And my nails turned out soo cute.

Amazing staff super friendly and the service super. I also got my eyebrows done which I’m so picky about. They came out great. This will be my nail spot for sure. 💯 recommend….
