I’ve been to this salon a few times now, and every visit has been such a great experience. The staff is always so kind, welcoming, and thoughtful. My most recent visit was truly special, I came in on my birthday for a little pampering, and the way they celebrated me was unforgettable. Everyone sang happy birthday, surprised me with a slice of cake, and even celebrated another guest’s birthday in the same way. I’ve never experienced that level of care and joy at a nail salon before, and it meant so much to me. On top of the amazing atmosphere, the quality of the nails is always outstanding. I’ve tried Gel-X and most recently a clean French manicure, and both turned out beautifully. I’ve seen a handful of different technicians, and every single one has done an excellent job. To top it off, they offer drinks coffee, tea, and other beverages so you can truly relax while being pampered. I highly recommend this salon if you’re looking for not only gorgeous nails, but also a thoughtful and uplifting experience.

I got my nails done here about a month ago and unfortunately the service was disappointing. I asked for a specific length, but my request wasn’t followed even after repeating myself. During the Gel-X application, glue was left all over my fingers and the nails were poorly fitted. I did speak up at the time about the ill fit, and the excessive glue, but they said that was the process. Now that I’ve had them removed, I discovered green spots (“greenies”) on my natural nails, which I believe resulted from the poor application. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to correct professionals on how to do their job. I chose this salon based on good reviews, but my experience was very unsatisfactory.

Absolutely amazing service! Such a relaxing head spa experience for both my daughter and me. They were very careful with my hair extensions as well. A big plus! We felt so well taken care of, will definitely be back!
