Studio Nails & Spa

This nail salon use to be my go to but the quality has gone down tremendously. It’s been a while since I had a full set so I was going for something simple. I was waiting for over an hour to even get started and then when the guy finally got to me he was in such a rush to finish. I regret even getting them done because it cost $52 and I feel like that went down the drain. The nail bed is so thick and the length is way too long for me, even after I said shorter he said he’ll file them but they were still long in the end. On top of it all, I asked for coffin and I got some square some coffin and some other shapes. They look dull and like an old set, they shouldn’t look this way after walking out the salon. Yeah….time to move on.

My mother and I have been here twice and both times they have been absolutely amazing on so many levels. Everyone is so nice and professional. They take their time and make sure you are completely satisfied. We literally drive from Downtown LA all the way here just for them.

I had an app at 3. Showed up early and waited patiently no problem.She did my eyebrows mustache and chin. She was in a hurry to get me out. Already wrapping up the paper they lay u down on while I'm still sitting there trying to look at her work. I felt rushed out. Didn't give me the chance to see that she didn't get a lot of the hairs on my chin nor mustache. Went to Walmart after to buy a self waxing kit. Dissapointed I even gave her a tip. Should have looked better :/ . No comments on nails since I didn't get that service done. Only thing good was the eyebrows although they could've used more detailing. Some hairs on there as well

They are nice but the quality is low. I got my nails done a week & a half ago and they began cracking and falling. I work hard for my money, and then to have to pay for something like this? Not cool.

Alan did such a great job! Tried out a new color and he checked with me if I needed another coat or not. All staff is very polite and welcoming!
