2025-09-15I booked based on proximity to my hotel and the high Google reviews. I’m so happy to have found this great nail salon. I easily booked online and arrived on time and was immediately taken care of. Tristan was wonderful and she took great care to not only sculpt my nails and make them look beautiful and healthy, but she also meticulously painted them. They look much better than any manicure I’ve had in my home state of Virginia. The pedicure was relaxing and much needed. I’m very happy with it as well. If you’re local or visiting, I highly recommend coming to BE Polished for regular services or a treat. I’ll be back when I am in town again.

2025-09-22My mother flew to San Diego to take me out for dinner and a pedicure for a university graduation gift. We walked in and they were questioning that we wanted gel instead of polish. We then sat down and watched as other customers were offered drinks or champagne but not us. The pedicure was just a quick 5 min soak and the polish and a very brief application of lotion with no massage. We got charged full price and my mom being the nice person she is even tipped $30. The worst service I have ever experienced. Very unfortunate because we were treated so poorly when I live next door and would have been a regular customer.
