First I never have to change a review before but I feel I need to speak up I visited this business about a month ago for an SNS job. At first, I thought I was satisfied, but after just three days the back of my nails started lifting and the only nail with a tip broke in half. I went back, and a very nice lady (I believe her name was Kim) fixed my nails, and I appreciated her professionalism. Because of that, I decided to give the salon another chance. Unfortunately, this time my experience was much worse. From the beginning, the technician (who I believe is the owner) came across as harsh. I wanted to leave but didn’t want to be rude, so I stayed. I specifically asked for my nails to be cut shorter and look natural. Instead, I left with nails that were too thin and still too long. By the second day, one of them broke painfully below the skin. I’ve been doing my nails for years, and while accidents can happen, I’ve never been treated with such rudeness when asking to fix a mistake. The remarks I received—blaming me for something as simple as opening my bag zipper—were unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not be returning to this salon, and I recommend others protect their money and choose a business that values both quality work and respectful customer service. No one should settle for unkind treatment, especially when paying for a service. To add more I came back for a repair and I was charge 5 dollars. I have no words

I have been going here for almost a year now and they have never disappointed me. My nails always turn out great and they are always making sure to perfect anything you point out. I love getting my nails done by Jade, I totally recommend her! Today Kim perfect my french nails and they look amazing. No matter who is asking I always recommend everyone to come here. I have gone to many nail salons and have never suck with one for so long. Their service is outstanding!

Me and my daughter had a wonderful experience here! I brought in a picture for reference for my nails and Kim absolutely killed it! Everyone was SO nice and the receptionist was the sweetest. We will definitely be back! ✨

Ventured in on impulse to check this new salon out. Received a gorgeous manicure given by a meticulous professional. Spacious and clean salon. I highly recommend and will definitely patronize again.

My wife and I have gone to many, if not all, nail salons in East Cobb over 20 years and La Meriel is by far the best experience. The owner and her sisters are the best. The decor is great. It’s large and well designed and decorated. Excellent atmosphere. Clean and comfortable. My wife said they do great eye brow waxing, ,too.
