Peter alwaysssss does an incredible job, and his attention to detail is unmatched. He has done my birthday nails, engagement nails, and wedding nails!!! Can't recommend Peter enough.

Thank you Steven, Jenny, and Helen #1! You guys went above and beyond today. I don't have much experience with getting my nails done, but now I will be coming here often. So convenient that it is in the neighborhood!! The place itself is super cute, and I love how beautiful the decor is. Shout out to Jenny who was super attentive and greeted me and my partner right away. She answered all my questions and recommended the best service based on our needs. Manicure - I only showed an inspo pic, and he was able to recreate it even better!! He was super patient, and explained every step to make sure I liked the finished product. Most times my nails hurt from careless nail techs, but Steven has the most gentle hands! I didn't even flinch the entire time or experience any pain from the file/UV light. He even asked if I wanted a drink, and he made me a delicious coffee. Pedicure - Helen did my pedicure and was super meticulous in removing calluses and cutting my nails. I LOVE that you get a bath bomb, which makes the experience much better than other nail places. She really transformed my crusty dusty feet!

My first impression of the salon started off bad as my appointment was made for 10:30 AM and I did not get serviced until 11 AM (on a Sunday). They were busy which is a good sign, but I thought I'd mention this for those who make an appointment (even one week ahead of time) -- so you can expect to potentially wait like me. However the wait was worth it. Luna did my Gel X manicure, Tammy did my Deluxe gel pedicure. Both of them did an amazing job and I love how my nails turned out :) Luna did my nails so quick. I came in with an inspiration picture and she exceeded my expectations. Tammy took her time with my nails and provided awesome customer service. I wish my massage had more pressure but that's probably on me for not mentioning it! I love the waiting area. It's cute and quaint. There are yummy refreshments available. The water with oranges was a nice touch. Looks like they have a hair salon as well, headspa and facial services too. To sum up my experience, I looked like a hand and foot model afterwards -- which means I'll definitely be back! Shout out to Jenny for her sweet customer service too.

DO NOT GO HERE Zero Stars! Decided I would treat myself on my birthday to a pedicure and decided last minute that I would get a soak off of my current builder gel and get a new set placed. My nails were pretty long I have been going to a nail tech for over a year. My nails were healthy and strong. The man assigned to do my nails clearly had no idea what he was doing . He filed off the gel to the point where my real nail was so thin my beds were burning. I mentioned it a few times . He kept apologizing. He cut the tips off my nails without asking. And apologized when I said what are you doing! Mind you the entire time you can read I am not happy. I let him finish . The paint job was sloppy the shaping was all over the place. Each nail has a different shape. When I went to pay the lady at the front asked if everything was good . I said no it’s not. I proceeded to explain. The owner came up said can I fix it for you . I said no I do not have time nor do I want to sit here another minute . She looked and my nails and was also taken back. She said can you come back tomorrow I’ll fix them. I said no. I said I should not be paying for this service but of course you are going to charge me right. She was quiet. I literally was shaking and tears were coming out of my eyes because I was so mad. Please do not go here if you are a natural nail girly and care about the health of your nails. I did not get the guys name nor did I wait around to find out.

Simon was my hair stylist and is clearly not experienced as one. Despite there being a language barrier, I showed multiple pictures of hair styles to maintain my long hair. I walked in with shoulder length hair and walked out with hair at ear length. Good 6-7 inches was cut from my hair. Even though I am 24 with shoulder length hair, I received a Wall Street stock broker haircut with a manufactured pushed back hairline to match it. It was a horrific experience seeing a year and a half of hair growth be destroyed all while unable to communicate properly. You’re better off going to a barbershop to style long hair than to work with Simon. The worst part was that I was assured on more than one occasion that I was in good hands. Seemed to me like it was a “get Simon more customers at any cost” type operation.
