Signature Day Spa

I’ve been seeing Tonya at Signature Day Spa for about five years and she is truly the best. I can’t say enough good things. I love her! She’s warm, accommodating and genuinely just one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. Every visit I’m treated like royalty. My facials are personalized and relaxing and she never fails to go above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable and well taken care of. I feel like family every time I visit. There’s a reason I make the two hour drive from the SF Bay. Tonya is a gem—I don’t trust anyone else! Not to mention, she is an expert!! In every sense. And her passion shows through. The entire staff honestly deserves praise for their professionalism and kindness and I have to give a special shout-out to Jose for his incredible massages. His hands are magic and he generally has wonderful energy. I always feel very comfortable. Signature Day Spa is my go-to for a reason: great people, great energy, always amazing service. Can’t recommend enough!

I’ve been coming into Signature day spa in Carmel for many years. Tonya has done my dermaplane and Hydrafacial MD for years. The service and environment are excellent. I recommend her to all my colleagues and they love her too!

My friends and I were treated at Signature Day Spa, and the experience ended up being extremely disappointing—especially considering how much we were charged. We all get massages regularly, so we have a good sense of what these services typically cost. At no point were we told the price of the foot massage—not when it was booked, not when we arrived, and not before the service began. We reasonably assumed it would be around $75, which is standard for this type of treatment. Instead, the bill came out to $165 per person, and a 20% automatic gratuity was added because we were a group of four—something that was never mentioned. This brought the total to almost $200 per person for a basic, average foot massage in a very ordinary setting. It felt incredibly misleading and completely out of line with both the quality of the service and the price we were charged. To make matters worse, when we asked for clarification about the pricing, the staff member who explained it was dismissive and unhelpful. The lack of communication and transparency throughout the entire experience was extremely frustrating. Based on this experience, we would not recommend this spa

I had an amazing experience at Signature Day Spa in Carmel-by-the-Sea. The atmosphere is truly relaxing — the moment I walked in I felt welcomed, calm and cared for. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. I also loved that the spa uses high-quality, clean products. The ambiance really elevated the whole experience. I will absolutely be returning and will be telling friends about this wonderful find. Highly recommended if you’re looking to treat yourself or just unwind in style!

I went recently to get a deep tissue massage with April and I got to say it was an experience. She's very smart and knows what she's doing. The cherry on top was the complimentary 805 beer fellas. Highly recommend if your coming to Carmel for a little relaxing getaway. You won't regret it!
