2025-09-17First, I received the scheduled massage with my wife. It was very cool because it gave me strength and softened my tight muscles. There was a lot of hot and cool water baths, and the steam shower was particularly good. I've been to several places, but the shower area is clean and there was no good water like this one. It is a great place to relax in a quiet atmosphere. 👈Strong Recommendations 👌

The silence absolutely clears the mind, while the relaxation process refreshes the body. The amenities are clean and nice. Staff is welcoming, professional and accommodating. 2025-11-22Love this place, best spa in California. My most recent visit was during a weekday in the morning, and the place was relatively empty which added to the overall extremely positive experience. I usually plan to stay 3-5h, plenty of time to go to a few heat-cold-rest cycle and enjoy soaking on the hot tubs or sitting by the fire pit. Highly recommended, I will be back.

2025-11-08This is one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had. I loved the "silence" rule; no talking; just peace and quiet. There are a variety areas to relax your mind and body. There are several pools, ranging from hot, warm, cool and cold. Then there is a sauna and steam room. In addition there is a warm room with the reclining chairs where you can read, sleep and just chill. I can't wait to return, and next time I'll get a massage or facial, which, I believe, includes the use of the pools. Well worth every penny!

Steam room, sauna, relaxation rooms were clean and, frankly, perfect. Plunge pools and hot tubs at varying temperatures were refreshing and rejuvenating. Refuge, indeed!
