I have been going to the establishment in both locations for a couple of years now. By far the best gel pedicure I’ve had. They last a very long time. Sarah gives the best leg massages!

Ive been to VIP nails more than once, lately they’ve been doing a poor job with my nails… as you can see in the picture the nails aren’t well shaped and the nail art is poor quality … my nails have bumps and the lady working on my nails was in a rush to finish them. I drive All the way from Hawthorne to get my nails done there because they used to give good service but like I said Lately they been doing a poor job.. they always leave me with some bumps or unfinished nail shape $55 for this set was just not worth it … too overpriced

This was my first time at VIP nails and spa. I did dip powder with gel details. Initially I was flipping through the gel color options but the lady doing my nails snatched the colors away from me and said she would pick them for me. Thinking she meant she was going to go select the powder and I was going to pick the gel color later, I didn’t say anything. She did not cut my cuticles or clean under my nails. She dipped my dirty nails into the dip powder with cuts all over them because she had filed over my untrimmed cuticles. My friend and I had asked for the exact same design- it wasn’t until seeing her nails finished that I realized they really had given me the wrong base color. They sent me out of the store with my hands very messy from the powder I had to clean them with acetone at home and even still not all of the powder/gel came off my skin. The design was peeling by the next morning. I called and explained. They told me to come in to have them redone. When I arrived the next day- they spoke to me rudely and refused to change the color :/ I ended up leaving. Even after I showed them pictures of how messy my hands were right after the appointment they spoke very rudely to me. I’ve never paid so much for such a simple design. I would recommend one of the neighboring nail spas instead. The pictures attached are of how messy my hands were after paying.
